Work completed 12 months ago, same leak around gutter remains. Was advised that there would be a $500 call out fee. When discussed, this fee was waved & Jim arrived to check the work. The problem was located (not the guttering) and he has agreed to fix it. I asked for an invoice as am happy to pay for the work. He said that wasn’t necessary, but remain happy to do so. The after sales service has redeemed itself with the company having good communication with me , arrangements made and met in time.
Great experience with the ABC seamless. From quote to install couldn't fault them. Really happy with the end result and was priced very competitively. Replacing the gutters, facia and down pipes has changed the look of the house dramatically! Would recommend without hesitation 👍🏼

He was extremely patient when answering our questions and explained everything about how they were going to address our problems. Richard installed the brand new roof as well as the gutters, downpipes, ventilator and skylight. He was very friendly and professional, and his craftsmanship and work ethic impressed us tremendously. I respect them for recognising their mistake and doing everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction! Well done! I engaged ABC Seamless to provide a quote for the replacement of a section of my gutter. Boris attended to give the estimate and was very professional and informative. However, several weeks have passed since then and I have yet to receive a quote or any updates. Despite sending multiple messages, the company has not responded or provided the quote. The experience has been disappointing as it wasted my time and forced me to seek other companies for the job. This lack of follow up reflects poorly on a company that claims to prioritise customer service.
I am very happy with this company, the man the came to install our new gutters, he was very good and professional and kind as well. He did the work by himself its was quick also clean, he clean everything up before he left my house. So happy i would recommend them to my family and friends.
