Booked a Saturday service for a broken hot water system, Cris called back within 10 minutes of the booking. Stephen arrived on-site, provided an on-the-spot quote for replacing the hot water system, and completed the job by 11pm the same day. I highly recommend Fix n Flow for their excellent work, though their prices are not the cheapest - you get what you pay for.

Fast, professional, and incredibly effective—everything you want when dealing with something as essential as your hot water system. What really set them apart was their honesty, care, and consistent effort to support us at every step, long after the initial installation. Chris was a constant, guiding presence—responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help troubleshoot or explain things clearly. When an unexpected electrical issue came up, they sent Jake, their own electrician, who was absolutely lovely. He braved a torrential downpour to get to us, communicated clearly, and not only fixed the problem but went above and beyond to make sure everything else was running smoothly. Even when things got tricky, they never left us hanging. They checked in regularly, offered advice, and helped us understand how to navigate our smart electric meter. And when it came time to choose a system, they had no hesitation in recommending a cheaper, Australian-made unit over a more expensive foreign brand—rare and refreshing to see such integrity in business. It’s clear this is a family-run operation with real heart and pride in their work. Steve did an amazing job with our blocked drain. Fully explained what he was doing before, and during each step. Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and even cleaned up afterwards! He left the toilet better installed than the original builder. Price was very reasonable for a weekend call out. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of urgent work!
