Right from Zahi, who helped us with the initial process, to Eva, who spent endless hours designing the house patiently with us, to our project manager Aziz, who took immense pride in getting all of the issues and concerns solved quickly and efficiently. He is a perfectionist and always made sure that the works completed were of the highest quality. The owner was always a call or message away throughout the process. Very approachable. It has been a wonderful and stress free experience having chosen 5 Star Granny Flats for our very first granny flat build. The team has been trully amazing and hassle free to deal with right from the start. Would like to especially thank and mention the following people who made our whole build project experience very smooth and worry free. Zahi (Zac) right from the start of our initial inquiry has been very prompt, professional, honest and accomodating when it comes to our questions about inclusion/exclusion costs and quote estimates. Tony and Nicola from the admin team have always been prompt with their response to our email queries and were always polite and willing to help with any of our questions. Eva was very helpful when it came to the design stage providing valuable insight and knowledge to optimise and maximise the available space when it comes to the granny flat layout. Sam, our site manager, was very professional and approachable and has always been on top of everything all the way through. He's always ready to answer any of our questions and quick to resolve any minor concerns we had at every stage of the project. Special thanks to Sarkis and his whole team for such an excellent work with the completion of our granny flat. We are very satisfied with the overall experience working with 5 Star Granny Flats and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking to get a flat/house built. We started our build in October 2021 and we have successfully recieved a beautiful home for my mum to move into. Within these 7 months, every step of the way, each team member of five star builders held our hand and guided us through every step of the way. Tony helped us greatly in all aspects of admin and council dealings and spent time getting to us know as well. Sarkis and Anthony are super helpful, friendly and I found them professional yet personable at the same time. We were very impressed by the builders using "old school" techniques and actually building our granny flat using skill and brains, rather than precast ready made stuff. Mannan who overseas all the trades staff was here every morning at making sure deadlines were being met and work performed was to our satisfaction. I have no problem in recommending the team at Five Star Builders to anyone that needs a Granny Flat. Well done team. Another happy customer ticked off your list.

The team there are very transparent, very professional and delivered as per schedule. The finished product looks and feels better than the main house. We are so glad we picked the right team to produce what they did. Andrew and Zahir detailed what was going to be done, detailed the schedule and advised the relevant stages of when and how this would be completed. Big shout out to Sarkis who is probably the best project manager i have come across and truly professional and caring towards customers. Communicated everything to me and kept me informed of all details for the duration of the project. Everything i questioned him on he had an answer to go with promptly. He knows his stuff. Also Matt with the incredible sense of detail for the interior was a massive comfort.
