This yard has been so bad, and Johnny the proprietor advised me: That he observed substantial weather degradation of the yard and has deemed it a slip hazard and unsafe to walk on, particularly in wet weather conditions He (Johnny) and his team recommend clearing and restoring the site to safety as follows: Remove and dispose of debris from the left and right of the yard, excavate and dispose of clay/soil, and replace it with garden vegetable mix soil. While at work, my observations of this job were more than spectacular. When he put the laser on the ground in order to straighten the ground, it was so uneven. The crew that worked with Johnny was very diligent and hard at work all these times, and above all, did the job so fast. They then put a retaining wall in some parts. Everything worked like clockwork. Showed the photo before and after. I highly recommend TRADEVCO under the helm of Johnny Moussa to everybody who needs their back yard or front yard for a makeover or renovation. Johnny and the rest of the guys were reliable, honest and so hard working. We have an extremely difficult site and they were so easy to work with.
