We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this removals company and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish they made what could have been a very stressful day completely seamless. Booking was easy and the communication throughout was excellent - clear, frequent, and reassuring. On the day, Ali and Joao were our movers and they were incredible! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and worked tirelessly for 8 hours without slowing down. Our move wasn’t an easy one: they navigated a tricky access with over 20 steep landscape stairs, carried heavy items down safely, and managed to pack the truck so meticulously that everything fit into one load, saving us time and hassle. It was raining on the day, but they came prepared - wrapping our belongings to keep everything dry and protected. They also managed two separate drop-off locations, including a storage unit, with no issues. Ali and Joao truly went above and beyond, and their professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience far better than I could have hoped for. If you’re looking for movers who take the stress out of moving and handle everything with care and efficiency, I highly recommend this team!
I used JB removals to nice a heavy table from one side of Sydney to the other. Neil, Duca, Juan, Luis and Rod were brilliant. They came in with a smile and were obliging to my numerous requests on the placement of the table. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend them.

I just had Luis and Joao complete my move. Their communication and professionalism was fantastic! They were amazing; polite, quick and very helpful placing things exactly where I needed and requested. Also very efficient with their time and packing skills I would definitely recommend jb removals and in particular Luis and Joao to anyone requiring moving services especially last minute services the whole process was easy quick and hassle free which is exactly what I needed :) and they even played with my dog when she insisted by continually dropping her ball at their feet 🤩
