It is my great pleasure to write this review of the excellent sliding window rollers replacement by the technician Ninous and his helper Lawrence performed on Friday 13 June 2025. The two gentlemen arrived perfectly on time. They protected my recently steam cleaned carpet with drop sheets and safely removed window panels after which efficiently and professionally removed and replaced the rollers. During the whole operation they showed remarkable customer skills and courtesy. Ninous provided practical information about the replacement procedure and how to maintain newly installed rollers. I followed his advice and bought silicone lubricant to periodically spray the window track. Ninous was very prompt and efficient, got through the job with his assistant without complaint completing the job well within the forecast time period. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Lock & Roll to anyone interested in getting their glass doors repaired.
Customer beware the $160 inspection fee is in addition to any work they carry out. The fee is not absorbed into the first 30mins like other companies. They did a good job of replacing 2 rollers on a sliding door in 30 minutes but charging me $160 inspection fee and $240 for the work was a bit excessive. $440 for 30mins work and replacement rollers.
