Customer beware the $160 inspection fee is in addition to any work they carry out. The fee is not absorbed into the first 30mins like other companies. They did a good job of replacing 2 rollers on a sliding door in 30 minutes but charging me $160 inspection fee and $240 for the work was a bit excessive. $440 for 30mins work and replacement rollers.
