Pros: Got into an appointment quickly, clean and presentable clinic, staff member who served my child was attentive and very friendly. Report turnaround time was appropriate and sent to me via email. Cons: I provided a bulk billing referral and was still charged $55. Receipt doesn’t have an item number so you can’t claim it back.
Tania is fantastic. She came to my mother's nursing home to conduct a hearing test. She was thorough and very helpful with explaining things and answering questions. She was caring and patient in her approach. I recommend Tania and her team if you require a hearing test or any advice.
