John came out today to install our hose. Was great that we could get installation on a Saturday. The hose and reel look amazing, great colour, neat & tidy. The spray nozzle makes me excited to water the garden. John went above and beyond. His customer service is top notch. My son and l were very impressed with him and couldn’t recommend him enough. He explained how to use the hose reel and maintain it. Really awesome representation of the company he works for. Thank you John for all you did today, it was greatly appreciated. From booking to installation, the process was a breeze. The installer came out at the promised time, the office staff are lovely. Most of all, the product is great! I would highly recommend Aussie Hoses.
