We are very happy with the artificial grass supplied and installed by Australian Outdoor Living. It has really finished our new build and brought everything together. It looks beautiful and has created a clean, comfortable, low maintenance space for us to enjoy with our family and friends. We couldn’t be happier with the product and the professionalism of the installers.
This is the second time I have used these guys for a backyard transformation and both times they have been exceptional. Not only was it a quick turn around. The staff and guys who did the job were awesome. I have limited access and they were able to make it work as well. I have found that not only do their lawns look and feel beautiful, but as my dog is no longer on grass and dirty, his shedding has decreased. Such a great product! I highly recommend!
I absolutely love my outdoor blind I had installed above my deck in front of my outdoor dining area. Its perfect, stylish and creates privacy and shade whilst still letting airflow through. Great customer service, very helpful having the fantastic designer James Milazzo who first came and took the time to explain thoroughly all our options. The measuring about was booked quickly and always plenty of communication throughout the process with phone calls and texts. The installer Sam did a fabulous job as well fitting the blind to meet our requirements. I’m so happy with the result! Photos show without the new roofing sheets that will be installed soon.
Sales consultant Doug was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Installer was on time and product installed looks great, was completely cleanly and efficiently. Progress texts were helpful and earlier than expected. 4/5 only as a result of having to organise repeated callbacks (4) due to never being called at the start (which for others to be honest may be turned off preserving) otherwise very happy with everyone. Friends and family are impressed and would recommend.
Australian Outdoor living were great to deal with from sale to install. Vikki, Vince and the team are the best on the business. Love the new outdoor blinds and especially the quality of the product.
