My grand daughter and I had a list of items to buy for Clarinet and Guitar. Michael and his team were full of knowledge and helpful advice on our initial visit when we purchased a handful of items such as reeds, strings etc... The guitar I inherited had an unconventional size for the pins for the strings so we returned to look for a solution. Michael was super busy that day, however, kept the guitar and resolved the problem by the afternoon. The cost to achieve all this was very reasonable, and inheriting this guitar means my grand daughter and I can now jam with it or Clarinet.
I phoned James this morning requesting a guitar to be restring for my left handed daughter. He had it done & ready to pick up within an hour. Such amazing service, very helpful and reasonably priced. Thanks so much!
