From Jill, the lady who greeted us at the shop through to Adam and his team of workers, our experience has been second to none. We were blown away by Jill’s knowledge of products and her eagerness to help us. We were given samples to take home and arranged for Steve to come and quote within a few days. He arrived exactly when we were told he would and he was also very well versed in his products. Quote accepted as it was, we felt, very reasonable. We were advised a start date and exactly what we need to do. Nothing was a problem for them. If we couldn’t move something, they would work around it. Adam and his team also arrived on time and certainly got stuck into it. They were efficient, obliging and unlike some other trades, kept the house tidy at all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team at Choices Flooring Tuggerah.
Amazing efficiency (3 days install, 3 weeks order time) and style. Great help in the store and at the measure and quote. The finish is amazing and at a reasonable price. Shout out to the installers too, who had to be the tidiest trades we have ever had in our home. They took all rubbish every day and stacked tools neatly out of the way when they left each day.

We were shopping for carpet for 96 year old mum. We shopped at 4 different carpet stores and while everyone were very polite and patient we found the staff at Choicea Flooring to be the most patient and helpful. We did not feel any pressure to buy but just honest helpful advice. Their price was best and they delivered and installed on time. Very happy with the whole process.
