Outstanding Agent. Chris sold the family home for me 22 years ago and when the time came to sell again I had no hesitation in reaching out to Chris to act as our agent once again. Like a fine wine gets better with aging so has Chris. Chris was fantastic once again during the whole process ,he made sure we completely understood the marketing and selling process including current and recent sales in the area, provided a realistic expected selling price range, what our selling costs will be in total basically he made sure there were not any unexpected negative outcomes for us. One outstanding attribute Chris has is his communication he kept us fully informed with regular updates on the sale campaign and passed on all feedback from possible buyers after each open house. Gibson recently did a great job of managing our maintenance request. They had their locksmith contact us and arrange a visit to quote the repairs, which was then followed by the actual repairs not long after. Very appreciative.
