When we first met, Ivan was highly energetic and enthusiastic about the prospects for the apartment, to the point where we worried that we were being oversold. In the end we decided to go ahead with Gibson because of Ivan's confidence about his ability to execute to a very high standard in south Cronulla. Our choice was rewarded with an excellent experience and outstanding sales result. Ivan's team did whatever it took to make the experience easy for us (we were away for the listing), which made the process a lot easier. When deciding on whether to go to auction or sell ahead of time, Ivan did not take the path towards an early and certain commission: he clearly communicated why he preferred to go to auction, which we agreed with. We found the Gibson and Partners Team to be confident and extremely professional. Ivan brought his whole Team to view our house so they would know what they were selling and filling us with confidence that we were in good hands. Outstanding Agent. Chris sold the family home for me 22 years ago and when the time came to sell again I had no hesitation in reaching out to Chris to act as our agent once again.
