Rosa was amazing! She gave us the facts then let us decide in peace. Very knowledge and definitely not pushy or sales focused. We actually ended buying a king mattress and bed frame and headboard with her help. She was excellent. Would highly recommend Rosa!
Really happy with service when purchasing our matress. Staff member was really helpful and friendly. Received matress in a reasonable time frame. There was a couple issues with the delivery driver however really happy how the Forty Winks manager treated me, how quickly they assisted and sorted the matter. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
I was greeted with Rosa at the Bankstown forty winks. She was amazing. Helped me chose my new mattress. Gave me advice on the ultra slim 4000m lumbar adjustable. She showed me how it works. I was concerned if it will suit my new bed. She went thru the dimensions and ensured me it would suit. She was a great help. I definitely recommend her.
