Building our granny flat with Granny Flats Australia turned out to be a really positive experience, and I want to thank the entire team for their work throughout the project. A special thank you goes to Michael, the site foreman. He was flexible, deeply knowledgeable, and consistently volunteered helpful information about things I would not have thought to ask. He was never closed off or unavailable, always solution-focused, and incredibly easy to work with. Michael also created a calm and warm atmosphere on site, which made the whole process far less stressful. I would also like to thank the admin and pre-construction team, especially Martin (Architect) and Felicity (Pre-Construction Project Manager). As someone without building experience, I had a lot of questions and hesitations along the way. Both Martin and Felicity went above and beyond to guide me through the process and make sure everything was clear and comfortable before moving forward. We also hired an independent building consultant to review the project during construction to ensure quality. Hand on heart, he described the build quality and workmanship as excellent. At final sign-off there were only a few minor cosmetic items, and these were addressed very promptly by the team. Overall, the project was completed to a high standard, and we’re very happy with the result. Thank you to everyone involved.
'HIGHLY RECOMMENDED' We are over the moon. My Mother has moved into the Granny Flat, it's honestly beautiful xxoo From Stage 1 to Completion everything was transparent, upfront, honest. The team was highly effective and diligent with their communication and pricing. They even made me aware of other costs i would need to budget for such as a level 2 electrcian for my house box 'if required' and Council contribution fee that i needed to pay council. Architecture was great, got some concept plans, they were so flexible and easy to work with. Design and colours session was yet again so easy and the team was so flexible and i had great quality choices from the showroom to choose from. I highly recommend your company and am personally taking the time to write this review because i know how much of a difference it makes to other people reading this. To all the team your customer service, communication, transparency and incredible high quality finishes of the build and our new home is so appreciated by myself and the family. I'm extremely satisfied with what you've been able to pull off and do, I'm not a very easy man to please considering i built 4 granny flats with other companies and was let down by all 4 of them. So i came to you as a high recommendation from a board member at HIA Australia and by far you're company exceeds the competition, you're all just on another level, not even comparable in my experience. You should all be so proud of yourselves. I've attached some photos. I personally regret not finding you or using you for my first 4 granny flats, but i live to learn. Granny Flats Australia is exceptional! My site was very awkward and narrow to build on, but Granny Flats Australia did a phenomenal job to complete a beautiful 2-bedroom granny flat, just like a mini-home! I had granny flats built by different builders previously, but in my honest opinion, Granny Flats Australia is the BEST by far! Good value, knowledgeable, honour their promises, professionalism, streamlined process starting from day 1 until completion, and good quality workmanship.
