We had four plantation shutters put in and they definitely get 5 stars from us. The shutters are perfect and they were installed over two different days. On both days the installers showed up exactly on time, they were such nice, friendly people and they didn't leave a trace of a mess. Would definitely use them again.
I had a great experience with Independent Curtains. The sales rep (Sarah) was professional, competent and friendly. I also got a very competitive price and the install was done by their dedicated installer who was also very professional and competent. I had an issue with the choices I had made after the install (my fault) which they dealt with extremely professionally and generously. I was not paid or otherwise influenced to write this review, I just wanted to recommend as they do a great job and deserve credit.
We had our curtains installed today and we are extremely pleased with the result. They look terrific and as we had hoped. The installation team were very professional and dealing with reception was also very clear and the help and advice from the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable during the consulting/quoting process. It was an overall great experience! I recently engaged Independent Curtains to make and install curtains for my house. I had other quotes from other companies, but nobody could match Independent Curtains on price and quality. The curtains were installed in a professional manner and I am 100% satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend to use their service
Thrilled with the quality and sewing of our curtains we had installed today. Manuel took the time to listen to how I currently used our curtains for ventilation and block out of sun and made recommendations that suited our needs. Colours work beautifully within our home. Installation was quick, quiet and tidy. Feel we got good value for money and a quality product with friendly service.
