Outstanding service, even 13 years after we had our plantation shutters installed. I called at 2 mins to 5 on a Friday night as one of the slats on our shutter has broken/fallen out and we could not get the pin out to change it. The owners FaceTimed me to talk me through exactly how to mend it myself. Seriously outstanding service. First issue is 13 years we have had with our shutters.
