Natural Home Solutions was hired to remove 4 acrylic skylights and replace with new Velux skylights. I can highly recommend this company, they are very professional and price was competitive. The installer Javad was exceptional, he has years of experience and did the install on his own without any problems. He had good attention to detail making sure all skylights had equal spacing from the previous units. He removed and disposed of the old skylights from the site and cleaned up before leaving. Very happy with the finished product, amazing.

Duncan and Anthony are some of the best carpenters I’ve ever worked with. This whole process was professional from start to finish. Bookings were easy and punctual. Duncan was very clear and thorough with explanations of the works and worked really well with our budget. The finish was amazing. Natural Home Solutions came to me after a recommendation from Velux. The work entailed multiple skylight replacements & other building works and although it’s a work in progress (awaiting o/seas skylight) it’s almost complete so I feel confident to write a review. Tanya was my first point of contact her clear & consistent communication always made it a pleasure to deal with, as well her knowledge, scheduling of trades & attention to detail in invoicing & payment. Duncan always polite & punctual attended to measure & quote with itemised detail. The turnaround time for receiving his quote was extremely prompt and he always addressed any concerns even working on site to resolve some complex issues. All the tradespeople showed respect for my property with professional attitudes & punctuality. Thank you to Javad for his great work & demeanour and Jonno as well Anthony & his fantastic work ethic and polite manners. A more hardworking team I’ve yet to see.
