Oz and his team did an amazing job restoring our very old roof, it looks like new. A few things came up along the way, but you really see what sort of professional you’re dealing with when that happens. Oz handled every issue quickly and made sure everything was resolved properly. He’s genuinely committed to customer satisfaction, and it shows.
I am currently on the other side of the country dealing with some family issues. My wife called to advise that water had found its way into the roof space and onto the lounge room ceiling. I had Oz Pix Roof Restoration out a while back to look at the tiles on our 25-year-old house. Since completing those works, I had a neighbour make a quick repair to keep Indian myna birds from nesting in the roof. It seems water managed to find its way inside through the mesh that was used to make the repair. I called Ozzie. The boss came out the following day. He diagnosed the problem and I agreed to pay for the repair. To my surprise, one of his team was out the following morning, made the fix and left the area cleaner than he found it! The moral of this story is simple. Don’t undertake repairs yourself in critical areas around the home. Secondly, only engage professionals that know what they are doing. Oz Pix was great. The initial works were first class (until I messed it up!). The call for help was responded to promptly, associated works executed the following day and cost were extremely reasonable. Graham, Ozzie as he is known in the trade is a character. Very responsive and on time. Workmanship delivered by his staff was of a high standard though, I wished that they would take more time in delivering the right outcome the first time. In the end happy with results and the 15 year warranty for the ridges caps and and 7 year sacrificial warranty on the terracotta glazing.
