Amazing value! Easily much cheaper than other places I've been to and the customer service is very helpful. They walked me through everything I might need for my event and provided the best value options. Definitely recommend. The helium balloon bouquets in particular that I ordered were stunning and such good quality they lasted perfectly even days after my event!
Excellent customers service, very caring and organised staff. I organised my gender reveal balloon without knowing the gender of my baby. The staff was extremely profesional on handling my request, they also suggested valuable information for me during the pick up of my ballon. Plenty of parking and easy access for all. The team always provide the best in balloons for my disabled daughter and manage to continually put a smile on her little face 🙏🏻
I picked up a butterfly balloon the other day and being heavily pregnant I found the gentleman at the counter was very friendly over the phone and was even more helpful in person! Thank you! The balloon is still going strong .
