My toddler had a hearing test conducted by Krystal which proved to be extremely challenging to complete. Krystal was so patient, gentle and kind throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to try and make my toddler as comfortable as possible, even taking time out of her personal day to attempt the test again. So grateful for Krystal’s patience throughout the entire process.
I was visiting Australia from the UK when a part on one of my hearing aids broke. I went to the local audiology centre where I was staying, Shire Hearing in Cronulla, and received very helpful advice and support from both the reception staff and the Owner/Audiologist, Rachel. They managed to get a replacement part very quickly and then fix the problem. They were very professional and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them.
Rang up deaf in one ear and really upset as unable to get in appointment anywhere in the Shire. Although they were booked out they rang back and went above and beyond to fit me in after finishing earlier than expected. Extremely grateful and the process of clearing both my ears was quick and painless and judgement free. Highly recommend, unbeatable care and attention. Definitely will be my go to place from now on.
Laura the receptionist was so lovely and was able to fit me in for an earlier appointment for my blocked ear. Saw Peter and within 10 min my blocked ear was cleared and I felt like a new person again! Can’t recommend the clinic enough and thank you for such fantastic service!
I had an appointment with Krystal to conduct a hearing test, I needed to get my ears suctioned as well. Krystal made me as comfortable as possible during this procedure and continued to assure and talk to me throughout. Krystal and the receptionist then also managed to squeeze me in for another appointment on the same day. Patient care was great - couldn't recommend this place more!
