We had an excellent experience with SolarBright for our solar panel installation. Daniel, who handled our quotes and queries, was incredibly understanding and patient throughout the entire process. We changed configurations multiple times and had to delay the installation by nearly a year due to roofing work. Despite this, Daniel never pressured or chased us, which we truly appreciated. He even gave us a recommendation for someone who could help with our roof replacement. When we were ready to move forward, Daniel picked up right where we left off. Even though we requested a Tesla battery (which had global delays), the turnaround time from confirming the job to installation was only a few weeks. The day the work commenced it was raining and the guys that came anyway and even though they couldn’t get on the roof they worked in the rain to set everything up and fix what the could to the wall. The first sunny day after the rain they were back to complete the installation without me having to chase them. They finished the panel installation and hooking everything up that second day on site and we had solar power! I think if not for the rain it would have been completed same day. After the work was completed I emailed asking about documents for my energy provider because the provider had given different information about the process. I got emails back immediately with answers to my questions and they got the documents from the electrician and forwarded them to me that day. I had already paid in full so was very relieved they were still so responsive. The installation process was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We highly recommend SolarBright to anyone considering solar panels!
I recently had a solar system installed by SolarBright, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The sales and quoting process, led by John, was excellent. John took the time to explain the entire process, the different system options available, and the potential savings I could expect. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Scheduling the installation was straightforward and surprisingly fast. The installation team was punctual, polite, and highly efficient. They completed the entire installation, including the removal of my old system, in just one day. They also took the time to explain which circuits would remain live during a blackout, how to power the system on and off, and helped me get started with the monitoring app. The installation itself is incredibly tidy—great attention to detail! The customer service throughout has been top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend SolarBright, and I want to thank John and the team for their outstanding service. If you’re considering solar, this is the company to go with!
We recently had some solar panels and a battery installed by the solar bright team and the process has been great. Dan was helpful and informative from the get-go. He walked us through the whole process from start to finish and worked with us to develop a system that was right for our needs and our existing setup. I highly recommend Dan and the Solar Bright team if you are looking for a high quality, affordable service.
SolarBright just completed an install of solar and a battery at our holiday home, Forrest Delicate Nobby, near Crescent Head NSW. The installation was done by the Port Macquarie SolarBright team and the work was done by Josh. It's a tough location to do an install. In the rainforest and just a few minutes from the best surf beach on the north coast of NSW. The installation was finished faster than expected. The battery will protect us from the regular country power outages and the solar and battery should reduce our power bill significantly.
David did an amazing job earlier in October 2024. I noticed a significant reduction in heat inside the house after installing the 400mm MaxBreez and a couple of vents to bring fresh air into the roof space. The difference is especially clear in the media room, which shares a wall with the garage that has no insulation. Previously, that room and the garage felt like an oven, but that's no longer the case. The change is more noticeable after sunset, and I no longer need to run the air conditioning for an extra three hours to keep the house cool. It's now January 2025, and with temperatures exceeding 40 degrees for many days, I'm very happy I made this decision. Thank you, David, John, Sagar, and the entire team!
