They also took the time to explain which circuits would remain live during a blackout, how to power the system on and off, and helped me get started with the monitoring app. The installation itself is incredibly tidy—great attention to detail! SolarBright just completed an install of solar and a battery at our holiday home, Forrest Delicate Nobby, near Crescent Head NSW. The installation was done by the Port Macquarie SolarBright team and the work was done by Josh. It's a tough location to do an install. In the rainforest and just a few minutes from the best surf beach on the north coast of NSW. The installation was finished faster than expected. The battery will protect us from the regular country power outages and the solar and battery should reduce our power bill significantly.

Excellent presale service. Daniel was happy to provide multiple quotes upfront so we could compare options and then revise to balance budget, output and aesthetics of the installation. Explained pros and cons of various brands and arrangements which really helped us make a decision. Installation team was knowledgeable. They even went out of their way to buy the circuit breakers the same brand as the rest of the switchboard, and made a few changes to lay it out nicely for us. After sale service also great. Daniel followed up with calls and messages to help us optimise the way we utilise the new solar and battery system.
