Best cake I have eaten in a very long time. Cake was made to our specifications on the spot and only a few hours before our function as I was let down by another bakery. The lady was beautiful and so accommodating. We will definitely return and have given everyone else the details as they all want to buy cakes there now too. So happy !!!!
Really great spot for an afternoon coffee and a pick-me up sweet treat. High st location. Really good quality cakes, and coffee well priced and excellent staff. Certainly up there with the best coffee shops in the area. Thank you Cake palace for my delicious caramel cappuccino and recommendation of cake. Moist extra fluffy honey and custard cake with evenly buttercream. The right Combination of favours.
great service and delicious cake. I wouldn't complain at all for the cakes that we've ordered. It was custom made and she was very patient with our wants. She did her best for the cakes that we've ordered. Even some odd ones.Strongly recommended
I ordered a customized 50th birthday cake which looked absolutely amazing. I had a picture of the cake I wanted and Cake Palace Penrith made it to perfection from the topper right down to the base, it was a vanilla sponge which was soft and fluffy with cream in-between. I was in awe when I first saw the cake and everyone commented on how lovely the cake looked and how delicious it was! You made me a very happy person. Thank you so so much.
Excellent service, very helpful & pleasant staff. The owner was lovely too. I ordered Eggless cake, The cake was just amazing, fresh, soft and so delicious. Was proud to show it off, at my 10 day old grandsons ceremony with 170 guests. The beautiful female staff at the Penrith shop went above & beyond her call of duty. When I went to pick up my 3 tier cake, my car key 🔑 broke, she assisted in every way possible. She even called the next morning to see if I arrived at my Grandson’s Chatti ceremony.
