It is always a pleasurable experience when you receive not only good old fashioned customer service, but, even more so when it is combined with years of knowledge, experience, and excellent craftsmanship in the product that you are paying for. I could not give higher praise, and for this reason, I write this letter to not only thank Gerry Swindale, his office staff, and tradesmen for the magnificent work carried out to repair, and restore the parquetry floors (over 50 years old) that were in my apartment. My husband and I recently underwent a renovation of a unit that had remained dormant of 60’s era. When it came to the confronting hurdle of the old existing parquetry floors that I so wanted to retain, Gerry was the answer to our prayers. His knowledge of all timbers, no matter what you are looking for is totally outstanding, and, best of all, his easy relaxed manner (without any hard sell) is in itself refreshing. He takes the time to explain all factors to you, and you leave with a better understanding of how timber in its varying formats work for you, and to maximize your investment. Hi, we had Costa, Supervisor and his very capable assistant, Dalibor, place 96m of flooring over 2 days. They arrived on time, cleaned up as they went and were courteous and very approachable. Without much knowledge about different flooring options, and after many weeks spent on reading info, on showroom visits and conversations with sales people, I was lucky to come across Gerry Swindale of Thrust Floors International. He has given me very useful overview of various flooring options, competently answered every question I had and provided unbiased recommendations for me to consider. In few conversation I have had with Gerry there was never a hint of sales pitch and commercial interest, only an expert advice and guidance. I loved his care for the environment and his open embrace of new manufacturing technologies which are good for both customers and nature. Visiting the the Thrust Floor showroom at Peakhurst was truly inspirational because of the craftsmanship on display and the beauty of the floors.

Gerry from Thrust Floors replaced the floors in our kitchen you can judge for yourself on the picture i attached but i think it looks absolutely amazing. they were so easy to deal with and nothing i asked for was too hard for them.
