Graham, Ozzie as he is known in the trade is a character. Very responsive and on time. Workmanship delivered by his staff was of a high standard though, I wished that they would take more time in delivering the right outcome the first time. In the end happy with results and the 15 year warranty for the ridges caps and and 7 year sacrificial warranty on the terracotta glazing.
After I noticed paint peeling from the ceiling in a few rooms I knew it was time to get someone out to look at my roof. Before Ozzie I had 3 different companies quote. Prices ranged from 10k - 18k. The most disturbing thing was all 3 gave very different advice as to what was wrong. Then Ozzie came out. He spent over an hour on the roof and in the roof cavity taking photos before thoroughly explaining what the issues were. His honesty was refreshing and his quote was half the amount of the cheapest quotes I had from other companies. His team arrived on the agreed date on time. They replaced over 70 tiles, put in new flashing and even replaced batons under the tiles that had warped from moisture (for no added cost). When they left it was like they had never been here - no mess! Needless to say the roof leaks were fixed. I can’t recommend this business enough!
Amazing business! I am working on my second home renovation and, as a single woman, have had to deal with many trades/businesses who assume I'm an easy target.
