Recently had my 13.2 Kw system, satin black Jinko panels, 19.2 Kw Sungrow battery and Sungrow hybrid 10Kw inverter installed in August. From the first sales consultation, Phil came out to my house. He really listened to my needs and what I wanted then provided and walked me through a detailed analysis of my current bills and usage patterns, providing me a number of different options and costings. On the day of the installation, the RK crew were here at 8am. We talked through where they would install my inverter and battery. The crew were great, professional and did an awesome neat job. RK Solar provided the most detailed quote of all the solar companies, with many different options for size of install, inverter and panel type. We went with 10.36kW system using Trina panels & Enphase Mirco-inverter and Envoy S-Meter wifi monitoring. Was very Happy with Kunal the Director of RK Solar who personally visited our property and explained all the aspect of solar. He was helpful, knowledgeable, promptly returned calls, emails and made changes to the system spec and provided quotes as requested. RK Solar & Consulting Service are Enphase Professional installer. I was bit skeptical and concerned about installing the solar as you hear many horror stories of panels crossing the ridge line which causes the roof damage and panels catching fire, but Kunal from RK Solar with an experience of over 12 years and specially being an electrical engineering background made us feel safe. Once I paid my deposit, they processed my order and got back within a few days to lock in a date. The installation team turned up on the due date, were on time, friendly, courteous, clean / tidy and did a good job installing the products and provided with all the required installation certification paperwork. The installation was done in a day and was relatively smooth. Overall, my experience with RK Solar & Kunal has been very positive.
